How It Works
Signing up for our membership plan takes just three simple steps:
- Schedule an appointment.
- Our dentists will recommend which plan is right for you based on your periodontal needs following a dental exam. We can set your credit card on a schedule for automatic yearly payments at this time.
- Pay the discounted rate at the time treatment is provided as necessary.

Age 14 and up
Over 40% ($346) in savings!
$499 per year
Includes:
- Two dental exams
- Two dental cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam
- All necessary X-rays
Plus:
- Up to two oral cancer screenings
- Up to two periodontal screenings
- 30% off in-office teeth whitening
- 10% off Invisalign® clear aligners
- 10% off implants, implant crowns and implant abutments
- 15% off all other dental treatment
*New patients save over 40% ($346) and existing patients save over 30% ($215) on just the recommended routine oral health care needs. Please note that specialist fees are not included in the prices listed above.
For adults with periodontal disease
Over 40% (455) in savings!

Includes:
- Two dental exams
- Three to four periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam
- All needed X-rays
Plus:

- Up to two periodontal screenings
